  • Estimated shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Vagarus is not liable for customs delays, international import duties/taxes, or postal delays beyond our reasonable control.

D. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All purchases made on Vagarus are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@vagarus.co with your order number and photo evidence to request a replacement or refund.
